Consultation, assistive devices, accompaniment and support

Description

The BSVT supports blind and visually impaired children, adolescents and adults in North and East Tyrol. We offer early intervention, assistive devices, rehabilitation and counseling. This helps those affected to manage their daily lives independently, enhances orientation and mobility, and promotes a self-determined life. Our services at a glance: • Project sehensWert: Here you will find advice on career orientation and vocational qualification, social-legal counseling, as well as vision counseling. • Assistive device consultation: From talking devices to AI-supported innovations – here you will find a wide variety of modern assistive devices. • Support for people with visual impairment or blindness / Rehabilitation: Individual training promotes mobility, orientation and independence. • SEHBRA – Early intervention for children with visual impairment or blindness: The mobile pedagogical early intervention program supports families of visually impaired children from birth until school entry (ages 0 to a maximum of 7 years).
