The offer of job assistance is aimed at young people and those of working age. It is for people who face special challenges at work due to a disability, learning difficulties, or health problems. Our tasks as job assistants include securing jobs, helping to find jobs, and communicating between employees and companies. We provide advice and support for finding training or jobs, preparing application documents or for job interviews, and for job searches when problems arise at the current job or when planning to return to work. We help connect with other institutions, organize individual measures, and advise on funding opportunities.
