"The Red Cross in East Tyrol offers important workshops on suicide prevention in companies. The goal is to recognize warning signs, act with empathy, and support both those affected and helpers. Early help and open conversations can save lives. The program is for everyone who wants to support others in crises or who need support themselves – because no one has to go through tough times alone."
