Support for Navigation

Description

Volunteer support to help navigate the hospital area Finding your way around the hospital area can be challenging. Our volunteer guides assist with navigation and accompany visitors to outpatient departments and wards. They are stationed near the reception areas and can be easily recognized by their white vests with identifying lettering. Assistance can also be requested by phone through the outpatient staff or porters if needed. The volunteer guides are available: LKH Innsbruck: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM LKH Hall: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM Note: This service is available for outpatient patients as well as visitors.
