"Youth coaching"

Description

Youth coaching is a support program for young people at the end of their school obligation or after leaving school. It is for young people from the 9th year of school onwards and for those up to 19 years old who are not in school. Young people with disabilities or special educational needs can use the coaching until they are 24 years old. The goal is to plan the next steps based on the strengths and abilities of the young people, helping them successfully transition into their future careers. During the challenging time of deciding on further education and career paths, young people and their guardians sometimes need professional advice and support, which youth coaching provides. This increases their chances in the job market and further education, and it contributes significantly to the personal and social stability of young people.
