Advice: The womens emergency hotline advises and supports women* and girls* aged 14 and over and their relatives and caregivers in situations in which their sexual integrity is affected or violated. The violation does not have to be relevant to criminal law. It is enough if you feel affected. You can also arrange a consultation if nothing has happened yet: We are also happy to advise and inform you on the topic if you want to find out more for yourself or others, for example if it is about self-protection, the law or other contact points. Legal support: We offer free legal support for women* and girls* aged 14 and over: If a complaint is made, the person affected is assigned a psychosocial employee as a legal supporter who accompanies them throughout the entire process. In addition, a legal legal supporter, i.e. a lawyer, is provided who represents the rights of the person affected in court. The parents of minors affected can also make use of psychosocial legal support. Prevention: Our training events are generally tailored to women* and girls* aged 14 and over, or we train multipliers on prevention and dealing with victims of sexual violence. Our public relations work is aimed at society as a whole. STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL - What you tell us stays with us. We are not obliged to report it. You retain control. SOLIDARY - We work with the awareness that we are all affected by sexual violence as women*. We advise you on an equal footing and take your needs seriously. FREE - Our services are free for you as a victim, relative or caregiver. This also includes legal representation in court proceedings. ANONYMOUS ON REQUEST - You do not have to tell us your name if you do not want to. Online advice is also possible anonymously. Personal consultations can also take place outside of office and telephone consultation hours by arrangement. The womens emergency hotlines ONLINE ADVICE also allows you to contact the Salzburg womens emergency hotline team anonymously and in a data protection-safe manner via email and chat.
