We are here for you! Crises arise from long-term stress, sudden strokes of fate or as a result of illness. They can manifest themselves in states of anxiety, constant tension and restlessness. They make you feel insecure, lonely, listless and unmotivated. Crises can cause aggression towards yourself and others. They can lead to a dead end from which there seems to be no way out. The crisis help from Pro Mente Salzburg helps quickly and around the clock. Talk to us - the crisis hotline is available from Monday to Sunday, 00:00 to 24:00, we are available to advise you: 0662 43 33 51. What we offer: Where to go in the event of a mental crisis? Psychologists, psychotherapists and qualified social workers will work with you to find solutions and sensible ways out. We advise and support you until you have your feet back on the ground. We try to understand your crisis situation with you as an opportunity for change. We will inform you about further counseling services and how you can use them. We are available to individuals, young people aged 13 and over, couples, families and relatives alike.
