Support, advice and help for socially disadvantaged people; free and confidential advice in financial and social emergencies and support in administrative procedures; help to secure livelihoods, checking claims and support with applications; assistance with legal questions and claims and assistance in enforcing social benefits; possible additional assistance includes clothing vouchers, shopping vouchers and/or food packages, issuing of the culture pass, financial support, referral to social energy advice, referral to Caritas emergency accommodation; if necessary, referral to other specialist institutions.
