Pro Mente Salzburg offers part-time jobs to people with severe mental disabilities, thus giving them a daily structure and flexible rehabilitation. The target group are adults who cannot be integrated into the primary labor market in the long term due to a mental disability. However, they are still able and motivated to pursue regular, meaningful structuring. The duration of participation is unlimited. A certain basic ability to work must be present. Requirements - Psychiatric diagnosis (e.g. schizophrenia, depression ...) - Temporary or permanent inability to work (e.g. recipients of social support, rehabilitation allowance or IV pension) - Sufficient motivation - Low ability to work at least 2 to a maximum of 20 hours per week. - People aged 20 and over - Admission is not possible in the case of acute suicidal tendencies or in the acute stages of mental illness or in the case of addiction without withdrawal. Our offer - Employment offer: We offer 59 part-time jobs in our workshops in Elsbethen, 18 places in the Cafe Begegnung in Taxham and 16 part-time places in the Bistro Odeïon (school canteen) in Salzburg Langwied. There is a small therapy fee as compensation for participation in the daily structure. - Sociotherapeutic care: A team of sociotherapists supports our clients individual rehabilitation plans through individual and group discussions, crisis intervention, psychoeducational measures and psychological therapy. - Specialist focus on Reflex workshops: In the workshops in Elsbethen/Glasenbach we offer the following production and service areas: partial and final production, packaging and shipping, artistic commissioned work (e.g. Promenteus, gift items) and external workplaces in companies (office, cleaning, warehouse, etc.) - Specialist focus on Cafe Begegnung: The small cafe integrated into the Taxham senior citizens home supports stabilization and integration through the following employment areas: serving in the cafe, cooking and baking, preparation and collaboration on catering orders, cleaning the work area, cash register, purchasing and delivery. - Specialist focus on Bistro Odeïon: The kitchen located in the Odeïon event center in Langwied serves primarily as a school canteen for the approximately 300 students of the Waldorf school. The following activities are offered here: cooking, preparation and collaboration on catering orders, cleaning the work area, cash register. The aim is to stabilize psychiatric disorders through meaningful work. The daily structure means that inpatient stays are shortened or avoided. Clients can discover and develop their healthy potential in various areas without time limits or pressure to succeed. A more self-determined life is made possible and the quality of life is improved. How can I participate? - Registration: Our project is accessible with low barriers. This means that anyone can register easily and simply. Simply arrange an information appointment by email or telephone. - Information meeting: After an information meeting, if you are interested, you will be registered and placed on our waiting list. - Trial days: Trial days may be necessary to assess the individuals ability to work. - Admission: If a place becomes available, a decision can be made and admission to the project is possible after a trial month.
