Description

Together with social support, we accompany you on your way to employment - from personal stabilization to professional orientation to your new job. You will receive advice in the following areas: - Clarification of the current life situation - Promotion and stabilization of mental, physical & social health - Discovery of personal abilities & skills - Professional orientation & practical testing - Social & professional (re)integration Offer at a glance: - Individual coaching as a central element - Group offers: daily structure group, qualification & orientation workshops - Practical testing in companies inside & outside of Pro Mente Salzburg Procedure: - Clarification: Together with your reference trainer, you examine your current life situation and develop goals that increase your quality of life and your employability. - Stabilization: By solving acute personal problems, building a network of helpers and participating in the project itself, your mental, physical and/or social health should improve. - Orientation: In group activities, you have the opportunity to (re)discover your strengths and abilities and learn new things. In work trials inside and outside of Pro Mente Salzburg, you will get to know further employment projects and work opportunities tailored to your individual situation. - (Re)integration: Towards the end of your participation, a transfer to a further support measure, an employment project, an employment relationship, training, a health-promoting measure or similar is planned, tailored to your personal needs. During an integrative phase, you will continue to be accompanied and supported by your reference trainer for as long as necessary. Do you want to join us? - A prerequisite for your participation in the project is that you receive social support. - The allocation is made by the social workers or clerks at the social welfare office in your residential district.
