AMS Courses

Description

Our various AMS courses support you in getting back into working life. To achieve this, participants reflect intensively and systematically on their professional and private development in order to overcome the challenges that stand in the way of getting back into work. The various project measures, such as Perspective+ or ProSpektiv, are aimed at AMS customers with health restrictions. Participants are supported both in a group setting and in individual coaching. This enables individual goal setting, support and social integration. The course duration and course content differ slightly depending on the regional office and course location. You can find out the details from your AMS advisor. The allocation is made by the advisors of the employment service. Voluntary participation in the course and motivation to work on individual goals are important. If you are interested in joining one of our courses, speak to your advisor. Objectives: - Work psychological assessment - Development of professional employability - Active inclusion - Long-term improvement of the professional and social situation - Improvement of the chances of permanent employment - Integration into the regular labor market - Development of new life and work perspectives - Promotion of an independent presence in the labor market - Increase in work ability (stabilization of mental, physical and social health) - Connection to work assistance Process: - Allocation: After a successful allocation, the course costs are covered by the Salzburg Employment Service. You receive a training fee and are covered by both health and social insurance. The course duration varies depending on the course. - Course start: Please ask your AMS advisor or the project manager about the individual course starts. The clearing starts with an information event and an anamnesis interview. - Workshop phase: A wide range of workshops are offered: For example, communication, social and personal skills training, and health promotion. - Internship phase: You have the opportunity to complete internships. In this phase, the focus is on career orientation, increasing perseverance and implementing the content you have learned. After a successful assignment, the course costs are covered by the Salzburg Employment Service. The course participants receive a training fee and are covered by both health and social insurance. Our trainers support the participants throughout the course and address individual objectives.
